The big lake is available for swimming to house guests only. The water temperature is very pleasant and water supply is from underground springs. Hand fishing in both lakes and the Colo I Suva Forest Park next door

The smaller lake is full of fresh-water fish (Telapia) and is great for fishing. A small row boat and ‘bilibili’s (Fijian bamboo rafts) are available for use on the big lake.

Birdwatching and bushwalking. There are a lot of birds to be seen on the property and in the Forest Park next door, so birdwatching is a favourite pastime - especially sitting on your verandah overlooking the lake! Bushwalking trails are close by with waterfalls and forest pools for picnics, BBQ’s and swimming.

Volleyball and petanque can be played on the court opposite the Recreation Room - sunset competitions are a regular event.

Raintree Lodge Golf 'Hole in One' competition for those golfers or hackers who think they are good enough to claim the $1,000 prize on offer. The “Hole” can be found on a floating island on the big lake. There is a consolation prize of a Fiji Bitter Stubby for those that actually hit the island.

A Pool Table – is available in our Verandah Bar for your pleasure and relaxation.

Keen sportspeople who want to play golf, tennis or lawn bowls, please bring your gear as very good facilities are available in Suva and outings from the resort can be organised.
